Dry Bones supports individual and community well-being through workshops, coaching, and immersive experiences that illuminate the restorative and liberating benefits of embodiment practice. Our approach combines nervous system science, somatic awareness, creative expression, and elective ritual to guide the process of embodiment.
-
Embodiment is a practice of harnessing the body’s intelligence in order to process life events, grow in steadiness, express ourselves authentically, and direct our lives courageously. This approach involves learning how the body works, and how it plays a foundational role in the formation of thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. Embodiment itself is a process of careful reflection directed by our sensations and physical experience. As we delve into the body’s inner-wisdom, we grow in self-understanding and form habits that foster an enduring state of self assurance.
